NOTICE IS HEREBY given to all persons interested in the Estates of John M. Bryan, deceased and Amanda A. Bryan, deceased (Decedents), that on the 28th day of May 2026, Anne L. Bryan (Petitioner) filed a Petition for Summary Administration, Letters of Special Administration, Admission of Will to Probate, Waiver of Final Accounting, and Distribution of Estates (Petition), in the District Court of Garvin County, State of Oklahoma, praying that Letters of Special Administration issue to Petitioner, that the Will of Amanda A. Bryan be admitted to probate, that the final accounting be waived, that the property of the Decedents subject to the jurisdiction of this Court be distributed, that the Special Administrator be discharged, and for other relief as prayed for in said Petition, which Petition you may refer to for further particulars.
The names, ages, and last known addresses of the heirs-at-law of John M. Bryan, deceased, so far as known to the Petitioner, are as follows:
Florence E. Bryan, surviving spouse, and the following adult daughters: Kathryn Bryan Hampton, Suzanne E. Bryan, Anne L. Bryan, Amanda A. Bryan, deceased

The Estates consist of an undivided mineral interest in Sections 17 and 18-4N-4W, Garvin County, Oklahoma.
John M. Bryan died on October 20, 1992, a resident of Alameda County, California. Amanda A. Bryain died on December 25, 2023, a resident of San Francisco County, California.
Pursuant to the Order of said Court, notice is hereby given that the 16th day of July 2026, at the hour of 9:00 A.M. in the Courtroom of the undersigned Judge, or the Judge to whom this cause is assigned on said date, in the Garvin County Courthouse in the City of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, has been appointed as the time and place for hearing said Petition and considering all relief prayed for in the Petition presented to the Court on said date. All persons interested may appear at said hearing.
Any person receiving this notice, or any interested party may file objections to the Petition at or before the final hearing. All objections to the Petition and/or any relief requested must be made in writing, with such objection to be filed herein, with a copy being provided to the Petitioner and the attorney for the same, and if an objection is not made within the allowed time, all persons will be deemed to have waived any objection to the Petition and the relief prayed for.
If an objection is filed on or before the hearing date the Court will determine whether summary proceedings are appropriate, and, if so, whether the Estates will be distributed and to whom the Estates will be distributed.
TO ALL CREDITORS OF THE ABOVE NAMED DECEDENTS: All creditors having claims against the above named Decedents are required to present the same, with a description of all security interest or other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to Anne L. Bryan (Special Administrator), c/o Brooke H. Unruh, Attorney, Unruh & Co., 1930 S. Bryant, Edmond, OK 73013, attorney for Petitioner, within thirty (30) days following the filing of the Petition and Combined Notice herein, or the same will be forever barred.
