Notice is hereby given that on April 1, 2026, Alex Brassfield, the Personal Representative in the Estate of Billy Johnson, Deceased, filed herein his Final Account and Petition for Order Allowing Final Account, Determination of Heirship, Distribution, and Discharge.
Notice is further given that the said Final Account and Petition for Order Allowing Final Account, Determination of Heirship, Distribution, and Discharge will be heard in Garvin County District Court at 201 West Grant Street in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, on April 30, 2026, at 10:30 o'clock a. m. before the undersigned Judge Laura A. McClain. All persons interested in said Estate are notified there and then to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the said Final Account should not be settled, allowed and approved; the heirs determined; the Estate distributed; and the Personal Representative discharged; all as requested and set forth in the aforesaid Final Account and Petition for Order Allowing Final Account, Determination of Heirship, Distribution, and Discharge on file in this probate proceeding in the Office of the Garvin County Court Clerk.
