NOTICE OF HEARING
THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all interested parties, particularly in Garvin County, Oklahoma.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma issue an Order authorizing Applicant or some other party recommend by Applicant to drill, complete and produce a well to test the so as to produce hydrocarbons from the First Bromide, Second Bromide, Tulip Creek, McLish Sand and Oil Creek common sources of supply in NW/4 of Section 22 without any downward allowable adjustment as an exception to Order Nos. 699801 and 48032 which created 160-acre drilling and spacing units for theFirst Bromide, Second Bromide, Tulip Creek, McLish Sand and Oil Creek common sources common source of supply to allow such well to be drilled at an off-pattern location described as follows:

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this location is moving toward the E/2 of Section 21 and the SW/4 of Section 22-4N-3W.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant in this Cause is requesting the following special relief: Applicant may request the Order be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto and designate Applicant or some other party recommended by Applicant to drill, complete and produce the well(s).
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the hearing on this cause is set before an Administrative Law Judge on the 27th day of April, 2026 at the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105. Due to renovation work at the Jim Thorpe Office Building, the Commission's Oklahoma City office is relocating to the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building at 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105. All hearings, docket calls, and public meetings will be conducted in the Concourse Theater or additional courtrooms located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building. The specific room location, including updates, of each scheduled hearing or public meeting will be available on or before the day of the event at the information desk in the first-floor lobby of the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and on the Commission's website at: https://oklahoma.gov/occ/court-dockets.html.
