TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by Plaintiff, in the District Court of Garvin County, State of Oklahoma, Case No. CJ-2026-106 and you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiff on file in said cause on or before September 10, 2026, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true, and judgment will be rendered against you and will foreclose your interest in the collateral, awarding to the Plaintiff the right to possess the following-described collateral; to-wit:
2018 CMHM Mobile Home
SERIAL NUMBER: CSS019792TXAB
(the "Collateral")
that its security interest in the Collateral is foreclosed; that all the defendants interest in the Collateral be adjudged subject, inferior and junior to the Plaintiff's interest and that the Plaintiff be awarded sole possession of the Collateral. Judgment will also be taken as to Defendant Raymond S. Davis under the Contract the sum of $57,608.15, as of March 25, 2026; plus accrued interest in the amount of $2,277.92 good through April 15, 2026 and continuing to accrue at the contract rate from the date of default until paid; late charges as set forth in the Contract; a reasonable attorney's fee; insurance advances by the Plaintiff, if any; and all expenses necessary to protect the property and realize upon the security interest and all costs of this action
